Who are we?

Fourth Floor Creations is a bespoke studio creating architectural models for luxury property and hospitality environments.  The work focuses on translating real buildings into precise physical form.

​

I began working with LEGO in 2007, drawn not to its novelty, but to its potential as a medium for architectural precision.  Over time, this developed into a disciplined focus on accuracy, proportion, and structural integrity.

​

In 2020, following a large-scale interpretation of the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park in London, Fourth Floor Creations was formally established as a studio practice.  That project defined the direction of the work: architectural interpretation driven by precision.

Our Philosophy

 Luxury is the result of precision.  Every model is developed with strict attention to:

façade rhythm

material discipline

 

Deviation is avoided. Even the smallest inaccuracy alters the integrity of the architecture.  Our aim is not reinterpretation, but preservation.

 The studio is drawn to buildings with strong architectural identity, including:

Victorian and Edwardian London architecture

townhouses and villas

landmark hotels

contemporary architectural icons

 

Particular interest lies in the dialogue between historic and modern London architecture.

My background in aircraft engineering informs a precise, systems & detail-led approach to construction.  Alongside this, extensive experience in project management ensures clarity around:
